OK, now that it has been determined that I need to buy a new wheel for the 2510, I have a question about loading the tires. Presently they have CC, and while the extra weight is great, is it really necassary? My uses with the tractor are limited to light duty work, grading the drive. mowing, etc. I don't plan on any heavy pulling. If I do buy a plow or disk, I will go relatively small. One factor to consider is the front end loader with grapple. I use it to move brush, but can put the blade on the back to help counteract the weight.

My property is full of Thorn Locust trees and I would rather have tire sealant than CC. Any thoughts?

Two issues have seen more fights than any on this board.

Presidential elections, and Fluid-filled tires.

My $.02 worth...??? For what you described, take the fluid out, add the tire sealant, and IF you need a little more weight, buy a couple sets of rear wheel weights. They're easy to come by, and not much more expensive than what a tire service'll charge you to put fluid in/out of a tractor tire.

NEXT.....

All I can say is that tire fluid keeps the tire guy about as happy as deer antlers.
