I was on my tree stand tonight and got a glimpse of a deer really flying through the snow. Had to lead him by about 10 lengths and several shots before dropping the cuss. Even though the first deer in the herd was obviously drunk judging by his complexion before field dressing him. Don't know what to do now? My licence is good for only one deer and I have nine down in total. I hope the Game Warden goes easy on me as I turned out being a crime stopper. Seems the deer were all tangled up with some fat old coot in a red suit who had a getaway sled all loaded with the neighbour's new entertainment system, kids toys, new clothes etc. Please respond with advice as my lawyer quit anwering my calls.

Seeing as how you seem to have inherited the job I guess we should be looking for a green and yellow sleigh from now on and the driver will have the red nose. So it was you who decided to rewrite history?

That was me. in reply to buickanddeere, 12-24-2004 18:56:16
I wasn't taken the stuff, I was deliverin' it. Thanks a lot. Dropped half of it in the woods I was runnin' through the woods to get away from some nut shooting at me. So, you was the nut shootin at me? And them deer? I was only borrowin' them. Who's gonna pay for the holes in my britches and boxers? And speakin' about the holes you put in my boxers? You came mighty close, and I didn't have a lot to begin with. The nurses in the ER was laughin' at me. I don't see nothin' funny about it, is all I was born with. What about my part time, one night a year job, that I only work deliveries tonight? A bunch of junk I was supposed to deliver to kids houses. I sure hope you've got a red suit, 'cause I aint goin' nowhere, so you're fillin' in for me, or I'm turnin' you in.

What did you go and shoot at me for? Are you nuts? Oh yeah, one last thing. Merry Christmas to you and yours, and everyone else. Ouch.

Mark.

Would they be crop circles? How can they do that when the crop is out? Would they be plowing in circles, conservation circles, no-till circles..... .

I hasn't been easy the past day. I can't understand why Crime Stoppers won't put in a good word with the Game Warden for me. Obviously I stopped a large scale heist of bags and bags of new and valuable merchandise of every type imaginable. Even seen a gift in there tagged with name of one of the regulars from this site. I don't know what his Mrs. would be doing with a set of leather long boots. Can't see how they would be practical for going fishing with those high heels. The Game Warden charged me for illegal possession of eight untagged deer. Well I had a tag for the 1st one, couldn't do anything about the others in the crash when the leader when down. They wasn't hard to find in the ark and blowing snow, one had a locator beacon. Now some minority rights group is all upset and protesting at my door. Something about fairy's,elves or something.
