If yours has one I have found it is eaiser to slide wheels with the keyway on bottom. This keeps the wedge from catching.

Travis this is kind of tricky but it works. Loosen the clamps and use plenty of penetrant on the axles. Drive it around very carefully and maybe HORSE it with the turning brakes untill the wheel hub loosens on the axle.
Another method is to thread a chain through the wheel and back to the tractor attatching it to the drawbar and the other end forward of the seat. Jack the tractor up and rotate the wheel and as the chain winds up it will pull the wheel in.
Be very careful and use some common sense and it can be done safely.
