Just because you see the name Mark doesn't mean you are talking to/listening to the same person. Seems that on this site, Mark is as common as Jones in the phone book.

Maybe we need to take a lottery ticket and have a number instead of a name.

I sign my verbiage with Mark as a habit, at work and play. If I were to change that I would have to think every time the salutation came.....heck, I have to think at work.....I come here for R&R so please be benevolent if you are bombarded with Marks...course it could be a hair-lipped dog..... Hmark Hmark. LOL.

Mark (from Texas..... ..... ..the lone star state! Long live Santa Anna...er ah Sam Houston) LOL.

Probably not too many Marco's out there anymore but anyways, here's a story which I was reminded of after reading some of the comments below about the dog thing and the name Mark. Years ago I started telling my neighbour a joke I had heard about someone who stuttered .... well about 6 words into the joke (not fully comitted to telling it yet) it dawned on me that my neighbour had somewhat of a stuttering problem himself. Well, I somehow made a quick exit from the joke, claiming I had forgotten how it went or something like that. Just a reminder for all of us that sometimes what we think as being funny could be very hurtful to somebody else. I'm not trying to lecture anyone or be a bleeding heart but it's so easy to happen and none of us really mean any harm.

Does it mean anything?

Also it occurs to me that Kramden (as in Ralph Kramden from the Honeymooners) is just Ned Mark spelled backwards....hmmm.

Interesting, even reading it backwards it is misleading as to what it says..... ....backwards.

I need something like that too.....something that I can use maybe at work. Keeping the work and home email address straight when I am composing (and distracted) is bad enough....I'm one of those Big Chief Tablet and #2 pencil kinda guys.

Thanks, the Shaggy thing is cute and affectionate, right. If they didn't like you they wouldn't spend time teasing you.
