Best I remember Pilgrim was a large turkey grower and marketer similar to Tyson, etc.

I've heard of pilgrim turkeys, but I'm not sure who sells them. You might try Murray McMurray Hatchery.

I know just about every kind of turkey breed there is and I never heard of a pilgrim turkey.
There are pilgrim geese. If you are interested in rare poultry there are hatcheries on line that will give you listings of available varieties.
