I finally got an account on photobucket to save all my pictures to, so I uploaded all ythe pictures I have of the 1600 on the digital camera. I'll have to go digging for more that I'll have to scan in and upload them some time too..

This one was stretched out to a little over 3 years, start to finish. I started on New Year's day 2003, finished in early January of 06. I had it running the summer before and ran it without the sheet metal for a while.

Main reason it took so long is just the lack of funds for a High School/College student, so as funds became available they were spent again to get a little farther. I had to replace the fornt tub with one from a 1655 out of the junkyard, mine had a huge crack between the engine mounts on the right side.
