Sheldon, I am trying to find a way to tell if your 66 is a Standard or Industrial. The Industrial 66 was standard with 10-24 rear and 6.00-16 front tires. The Standard 66 was standard with 10-24 rear and 5.00-15 front tires. Optional tires were 11-24 rear and 4.00-15 front. There is no mention of 16 inch front wheels being optional on the Standard although they could have been swapped later. more accurate way to tell is probably the speeds. Speeds for the Industrial 66 are: 1.88, 2.48, 3.25, 4.28, 8.46, & 14.60. The Standard 66 with 10-24 tires was: 2.50, 3.30, 4.32, 5.70, 7.72, & 11.60. The Standard 66 with 11-24 tires was: 2.63, 3.37, 4.53, 5.98, 7.05, & 12.18. The wheelbase of the Industrial was the same as the Standard at 73 3/8. The rated rpm of both tractors was 1600. Since your speed is 18-20 mph, I would suspect yours is a Industrial model and your engine is turning more than 1600. Also check front tires. If yours are 16 inch, that along with the higher speeds pretty much assures that yours is a Industrial 66. Hope this helps. Harold H
