All kinds of water in the ocean you just need to desalinize it. Big big expense though and your state has as many stupid politicians as ours. I hate to be the guy that says this but technology has run ahead of common sense and decency for human beings. Do we want to push so we have 5 billion more human beings in the next 30 to 50 years? We already consider life as being cheap when it comes to the economy so I would hate to push things further out of balance. No easy answer I'll admit.

Desalting technology MUST be developed and is the answer to the all Earth water problems that are coming and we should be putting big money into it NOW. Another technology that needs support and funding is emissions cleaning, i.e., scrubbers that clean emissions before release. We have some now but too expensive and still inefficient. I believe all answers to all human problems exist in the human mind already, we just have to put those many great minds together toward the right goals.
