Looking into purchasing a STORM Model NS boring bar. Just wondering if the company is still in business and parts can be found for this bar. Thanks in advance. Shawn M

I would be interested in the boring bar and tooling. How much are you asking for it and what tooling to you have? Is it an R8 bar? Thanks.

I believe it is a 977 . It is an automotive block boring bar . I have block fixture , which is bloted to v8 block to hold decks horizontal . Several new bits and holders . I think it will bore up to 4.400 . I can check tommorrow . Also several hold down clamps to secure it to differant blocks . Can also get you pics if you'd like . I'd like to get $1200.00 out of it .

I dont know, but if you google Storm-Vulcan you will find info. There was a Storm-Vulcan manual on ebay recently. Most probably have 3 phase motors.Batten Industries went out of business and are selling at auction a Storm-Vulcan block and deck machine and two Superflow flow benches.Nothing I can afford but I like to look.
