Can someone tell me what standard pipe thread 3/4" CPVC corresponds to?
I know there is a difference between regular schedule 40 PVC and CPVC as far as pipe physical size. I"m trying to buy fitiings that will complete my plumbing project in my cabin, and get the right stuff before I go out there.
It"s a 15 mile trip to town if I get it wrong----
Thanks in advance for any help!

I"m a little bit confused by your question, but I"ll try to answer it. 3/4 inch CPVC is the same size as 1/2 inch PVC as well as 1/2 inch iron pipe size. Not real sure what your trying to do, but if your trying to connect CPVC to PVC or iron pipe that should answer your question. If you planning on using a slip coupling or a G coupling, it needs to be 1/2 IPS. If your using threads, a 3/4 CPV male or female adapter will fit the pipe but will have the larger 3/4 IPS thread.
Confused? Me too. You might repost with specifically what your trying to do (hook up water heater etc.) and we could be more specific.
