I'm probably on the wrong message board, but I would like to know if anybody out there has ever heard of one of these. If so, I am looking for some parts for a Yellow Knight Truck 1 Ton; head lights, front fenders, radiator cap, or even a picture/description of what they're supposed to look like. Thank You!

My dad began his trucking career with a Yellow Knight. I believe that the name of the company was Yellow Manufacturing Company, and it was one of the companies that merged into what became General Motors. This was around the early 1920s, and a few years before I was born.

I know very little about it, but several years later, I saw a truck frame which the local lumber company had made into a trailer to be used to move lumber from the rail cars to their warehouse. It had YK emblazoned on the front hubcaps.

Interesting memories.

A correction to my previous post. I believe that the name of the company was Yellow Truck and Coach. I can well remembe a lot of early over the road busses used by the major bus lines had a plaque on them with that name. With the incription, Manufactured by the Yellow Truck and Coach Division, General Motors Company
