Modern but Classic is doing that since we made the cookie
change. On classic I figured out that you need to do an
intentional logout with the "Login Status" link, then post to get a
all new cookie. Then you stay fully logged in.
I don't think it could be the same on Modern though, they work
too differently. I'm not seeing it with my username on Modern
though I did intentionally log out and log in.
I'm going to have to think about the email issue, it shouldn't be
able to do that.

The LOG on page just came up, so I had to log on, again to type this reply to you!!!

Also the email button was on the bottom of my last post here, and I went just now to check my last post on 9/2/8N modern, It was there also!!!!

I came back to here, to tell you.....and I had to log on again, and my email button had disapeared?????

WEIRD!!! Drives me NUTS!!!!

What the heck????? NOW the email button has appeared again, at the bottom of this reply.

The email button coming and going would be because of the login coming and going so that makes some sense given the basic problem.

If you aren't having any stalls with modern view page displays, I'd be tempted to think the problem is the cookie is getting cleared by something. The private browsing option does that, you don't by chance have that turned on. It's purpose is to clear out any traces of where you've been which includes history and cookies. But something is making that new Yesterdaystractors.com cookie get removed after either time or session expiration.
