Anyone have a source or a plan to make 9 bolt hubs for these? Want to put on 36" or 38" rubber - sure will be high and narrow though! Any leads or comments appreciated.

Thanks.

Just build an adapter plate. The 6 lug pattern will fit inside the center hole of the 9 lug. I will post a couple of pictures if you would like.

I think I could do that if I had a CC, but I'm working with a C. I have spoked wheels with a hub that has a nut that holds it on - not sure if the axle is tapered or splined. Maybe can't be done??? Don't want to wreck the hubs I have now as they're pretty nice.

Thanks!

I didn't give you the whole story!! I also used the hubs from a CC. My C was an orchard I believe. It has the turning brakes, but was just a rear and transmission when I picked it up. The spoke wheels will come off and the 6 lug hubs will fit right on. Then make the adapter plate to the 9 lug. The axles are tapered and splined, so it's about your only choice... Jonathan
