Can someone please tell me how the set the float in my carb on my farmall h. Also i tried to drill the jet out and i went one size bigger but when i put it back on the tractor it won't stop leaking. Eny advice would help.

Miles, it doesnt take much movement at all in either carb for the float setings, Just enough to move .250 if that. Which carb? Shebler or Zenith? Zenith carb, it may be the gasket hitting the float, on the shebler carbs, the float retainer can be loose and keep a clamp on the pin, and come loose, float will remain open. It sounds as if it is either hitting the sides of the bowl, or the float adjustment tab needs bent.But thats on the shebler carbs. Chad
