Trying to build something different for classic modified class. Those of you who know DC"s capabilities, would it survive a small block Chevy (450-500 hp)? It would be fed via an automatic transmission to the original Case DC transmission input shaft. We are limited to 18.4 x 38 max tire size. Tried to find Steve Espisto"s e-mail, I figured he might know.

There was one that pulled in the early 70s. The guy made some metal wedges to put in the adjusting slots on the axle housing in order to keep the drive chains tight. Don't think he had any other trouble.
