Can M Rearend be Locked??

I was at an antique stock tractor pull and looking down the track watching a M pull. As it slowed you could see the lugs of the 2 tires turning like a team of horses going 100% at the sametime. It never had one tire spin out like the rest of the tractors just slowed till out of power and it is a good pulling tractor. I know the M's never had a rear that locked but I swear this one was. I was told that it would have to have a rear that would also unlock or you would never be able to turn the tractor it would just slide the front tires. Now my questions are,is there some way to make a M rear lock and unlock or make it a limited slip somehow that would keep one tire from spining out? Was there a later model tractor that would have a rear to fit in the M that had a lock/unlock or a limited slip rear? Thanks Terry

The kits we offer, are safe, and strong, it can handle up to 800hp!!! For an M, I would need your brake pinions and brake hubs, (both sides) for machine work, the differential is not affected by this kit, no damage will result!!! Tested, and True. My opinion, it is just as essential to have posi/limited slip, as to have a big hp stroker engine. Posi trac, work if you are running over 10mph, but the problem is, you can't steer it!! This kit allows you to use your brakes to correct on the track, and as soon as the brake is released, the clutch reenguages back to the desired setting. You are able to steer the tractor as normal. Limited slip works the best for under 10mph, The more you put power to the ground, the better you get, More control over the tractor, less weight placements. Hope this helps, email me at hpuller@hotmaol.com for more information. Chads
