I am looking for a price quote for my tractor. It is a BF Avery Model A with a wide front end and two bottom plow.

Raymond. I have been an Avery collector for over years and should be able to assist you, but i have to ask a couple questions to get a better understanding of the shape the tractor is in, to be able to give you a better price quote.
If you wish you can contact me either thru E-Mail or call me at 217-626-1508. You can also E-mail me your number if you wish for me to call you.

I'm interested in the AVERY V tractors. What years were they produced. Is it true they had engines supplied by HERCULES (zx series)? If so, is there a source for replacement valve springs. I have a ZXB in a boat. Five of the springs are broken and the exhaust valves are past it. The valves were an easy match from a GM diesel. Just needed to shorten the stems and drill holes for the keeper pins. I'm still looking for the springs.
