I know that Agri-power also imported a large number of Zetor tractors under the Agri-power name in the mid 1970's. Don't know if these were the Agri-Power 4000 or not. I have a picture of one that still has the Agri-Power decals. Now Zetors don't change much, and these were essentially the same machines that were sold in the US under the Zetor name for the next 20+ years. Excellent machines in every way.

The Agri-Power tractors were built by Fiat. A bunch of tractors were bought by the Menards Lumber operation, redecaled and sold as the agripower. I believe these were also sold thru Fleet Farm.

If i remember correct those tractors where sold in usa. after they could not be sold in europe. A country (mabe italy)paid to keep a factory operating and employing people. they could not sell the tractors so they sold them cheap to a company AGRIPOWER . THey had to repaint and apply new english decals as all machines had been sitting outside.
