Does anyone have any info on this type of equipment and is there manuals and parts for it on the net, before my father junks another piece of machinery equipment. I remember it had a four cylinder hercules engine, and no brakes..... hehe! Thanks in advance...Tom

There is an organization (society)dedicated to the restoration/preservation of antique shovel, dozers, graders, etc. Unfortunately, I can't recall the exact name for you but maybe they have a page on the net. I had an old Payloader that I sold some years ago and it is now for sale again and someone asked me questions about it becasue the "Society" newsletter had a feature article on Houghs. So you see, people are restoring them. The Payloader I had had a 4 cylinder gas engine (Herc???) and looked like a modern skid loader that had taken a steroid pill or two. Hope this helps and if I can get the name of the organization, I'll send it on. Restore it.
