rebuilding 570 hercules 298 ci disel any one know if super 570 was same engine except for no sleeves

Not sure about the sleeves, but the super was a 339 cid with would be an extra 6.83 cubic inch per cyl or 13.8% increase in displacement with only a 1.54% increase in power (1 HP). No deal there...
