The plate that holds the Torque conv on the flywheel is broke and I am having a devil of a time finding a replacement
Specs:
Wain-Roy Model # 1441 serial # 10587
has a Ford DD-172 Deisel Engine hooked to a Funk Auto-trans then a 4 speed syncromesh behind that

I actually have a part number: D6JL6375B

Any help would be Much appreciate

If it is a Funk part number you could try calling
a GOOD transmission shop. You won't get anywhere
at Aamco and the like but a shop that does trucks
and big stuff. In my area, RI, Portland Trans is a
dealer for Funk or at least they were 5 years ago
when I needed Funk parts. Maybe there is some info
on thier web site www.portlandtransmission.net or
you could call and ask, 401-455-8300.

Thanks Unimog...I called them and they said they would look around and see ....But I am having serious trouble finding anyone who could work on finding this for me without a spec number.....the machine I have is in very good condition (garage kept for 30 years)but there are no plates on the reversomatic with spec numbers ....the only numbers on it are TRC-7102A and the manual I have describes the Trans as a reversing Transmission FUNK reversomatic-series RC

Zole, I looked at all my Wain-Roy manuals and I
cannot find a breakdown with the part you need.
I have a 1964 and 66 with the RCA Funk Revers-O-
matic. Mine has the torque converter in front of
the Funk unit hooked to the 172 Ford diesel. This
same setup was used in forklifts and tugs so parts
are out there somewhere, tho I don't believe many
forklifts used the Ford powerplant. I'll check my
unit for any part numbers that might help get a
start for you.
