I am interested in restoring an old motor grader we have, but I cant seem to find any info about it. It is a Adams Motor Grader No. 10 with serial number 187. The engine is a IHC, but due to junk and weeds I'm unable to get the serial number. It looks to maybe be the same engine as a F-20 or something. Also I have no clue of the year it was made.

Does anyone know anything about these? or maybe another site on the web that has something on them?

Matt, I've go an Adams motor grader myself, Also have the International power unit. The gas start and then switch to diesel.Currently redoing the cutting edge on the blade. Been using it for road maintenance on the range. It's a good machine. A bit harder to grade with as the mechanical adjusters for the steering, blade, and etc. are fairly slow to respond but once you learn to anticipate a bit you can do pretty much anything with it.

99% chance that the engine/drive train is a Model 20 Industrial from IHC. If it's a No. 10 I am sure of it. The power unit is pretty rare in itself. What kind of shape is the engine in?

I have seen a few of these Adams graders and they were all Farmall "M" tractors attached to them. I don't think the company would of been making them back when the F-20 was being made.
If its a "M" the serial # tag is on the left hand side of bell housing. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
