Hey Blaine! Was hoping you would see that. Actually running 5th over now and shifting down sometimes. 5th over is 17 mph on that tractor!

You guys are doing some amazing stuff for a tractor with only 212.4 cubic inches.I'm still toying with taking mine down to 8000 lbs.

BG, if I can get a video i'll load it some time of some boys up here in WI that run a 1950 in road gear, 4000 rpms, with no turbo in the hobbystock class. A 4-53 with a tv-8100 charger and the "right" injectors will make 500 hp. :-)

That one would really scream going down the track. I would love to see the video of it run to. Even posting a couple of pictures would be nice. I am not familiar with the tv-8100, can you shed some light on what it is and who makes it?

tv8100 is a garret/air research charger, used on larger detroit engines, lil over a 3 inch intake, for the price, they are a real durable turbo, worked well on the 1950 up here. Email me if you would like to know more.

Getting close to the 300 horsepower mark. We still have ideas also! I'll get your address sometime and send you a video with several pulls on it.
