I have a 770 with the PT hitch and an original cylinder. Picks up my 7" blower (950 lbs) no problem. 42 years old and works fine. You might find one on e-bay, or I know several people that have had them rebuilt.

We tried to put a 4 x 8 tie rod cylinder on an 880 with that doofed up power traction hitch once but it wouldn't fit because of the extra bulk from the tie rods. Ended up putting a Deere depth control cylinder on there and never had another problem.
In my opinion those Oliver cylinders are junk. We have 3 sitting there, small push rods that are rusted and pitted. If they didn't come with Grandpa's 660 new they would have been scrap years ago.
