Need help. I know you guys are the ones to ask!
I need a new radiator for a 52 8n. Any suggestions? Called local Ford tractor dealer, $277.61. Don't think so.

I see some for around $140 on the internet. Anyone used one of these? Any problems? And, If I'm replacing the radiator, any other parts I need or should replace while doing so?

Thanks!

If you are look'in for a nice fit'n long lasting cheap rad good luck,,,,$140 will git ya cheap china junk, yes its junk, the seller makes more on china junk than good european rads, why do you think they push the cheap junk, roll the dice its only gonna cost ya 140 plus ship'n to find out,,, You will git lots of bread and no meat,,,buy from a reputable seller,,, not on Ebay,,, most ebay sellers sell bottom of the line new parts...

Buy he best copper one you can find. There are tons of crap china radiators out there which are nothing but problems. I suffered for two years with a POS before seeing the light and savig my sanity by changine to a $250 good one. Best extra $90 I'd ever spent.

Are you sure yours is beyond repair? I've seen some pretty nasty ones reworked by a good radiator shop and come out fine.

If replacing the rad.. check the pad.. and make sure you get a new cap.

Now is the time to check the fan belt, and water pump, and thermostat.

I'm sure this site sells them. I got mine from Just 8N's and it fit perfectly. I'd replace the hoses, clamps, thermostat, antifreeze/water, neck pad, lower support pads, and bolt support hardware. May not need to replace all this if what you have is usable, but I like to update as much as I can when ever I can. Good luck

I have a new/used one I would sell. Reason I call it new/used is that we got it and installed it but then found a cracked block so I have since been parting the tractor out. Its still on the tractor and has anti freeze in it so its sort of new but used. E-mail is open
