Many of the 3 point mixers currently available require a hydraulic top link to accomplish the dumping action. Back in the 60's and 70's there was one called a TransMix that used just the lower lift arms to do it's thing.

If you find one, buy it. They work great. The company has been out of business for a long time.

Here's a crude website containing all my mixer pics for anyone needing help figuring out how a TransMix mixer mounts on a tractor. Be sure to read the photo captions (separated document).

Look at photo 18 and 23 to see the mixer at rest and in dumping mode.

It appears my link in the above reply isn't worth much. Here's the pics I was trying to reference.

I had a Trans Mix Cement mixer on the back of my 9N for 20 yrs. Just removed it 3 yrs. ago and sold the mixer for $150.00.

I will attest to the fact the mixer was a real gem. In the 60's we used the mixer to lay a concrete floor in a new maintenance hangar. The job took awhile because the bldg. was 120ft. x 240 ft.

Gee....memories.

This mixer came off a 2N and I'm sure it was there for at least 20 years. We had to do some minor mods to the frame to make it fit the 800 properly.

We've used it to lay a 30' x 12' patio, a floor in my sister's hay barn (probably about 24' x 30') and have started extending our driveway a section at a time.

$150 is about right. I paid $200 from Tom.WY who posts here occasionally and probably reads a lot more often.

You are correct Jim, I bought the tractor from my wifes uncle about 5 years ago. He told me the mixer (and loader) was on the 2N in 1971, when he bought it. He was a small cement contractor. I bet that mixer has paid for itself more than once!
The laoder is still available..... .
