Hey Guys, I have a later model G-1355 with a cab and I am trying to find a source for parts for the air conditioner. It is a later model (1974) and looks like it has the same cab as Oliver 2255.
Would greatly appreciate input on what kind of air conditioner it has and where I might be able to find parts for it. I know that it has a York Compressor but I'm not sure about the rest.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Brad

If you really want to fix an AC unit, then don't
be afraid to spend some money. It doesn't matter
what I
was fixing an AC on, if you try to cut corners it
will cost you. Whenever I needed parts for one on my
MM's I went to the local parts store. Replace the
seal in the compressor or better yet, get a new
compressor. Put on all new hoses. You will be
suprised how much less coolant you lose. The best
thing I ever did for an AC unit was to put window
shades on the cab.

Can't remember anything these days. The condensor on
the back of the cab needs to be cleaned every day.
The dust rolls off the cab gless and goes right into
the condensor and it can't cool as well.

We had to move the condenser from the top back of the cab to the front of the radiator before we got any satisfactory service from them.
