recently visited Bill Nuemans in St. Cload Florida to see his collection of some 30-40 molines 2 of which are udlx, when I arived there there was a sign saying no tractor visitors please, in talking with his secretary she said Bill was not in and no one could visit or look at his molines anymore and I asked why? that we have been there two other times and she said someone had stold his udlx seriel no. tag off the side of his tractor, there is no true MOLINE collector that would stoop to such a low level!!!! I came all the way from Michigan and one of the main reasons was to see his tractors we were very disapointed and cannot believe someone could do that, YOU RUINED IT FOR EVERYONE AND I HOPE YOU GET CAUGHT.

Low life scumbags--that's who. I remember hearing some years ago about a well known collector who would never leave a wrecking yard without his "toolbox full" of scavenged parts. He paid for what was visible, and stole what was in his toolbox. I've had an Oliver 70 stripped of every engine accessory (manifold, carb, distributor, generator & starter), and a MH 30 that was ready to start after an engine rebuild had the engine ATTEMPTED to be stolen right out of it. The tractor was sitting on my driveway in wide open view in broad daylight, only needing fluids and a new battery before being fired up. When I came home after a tractor run, the engine was sitting crossways on the frame! I guess whoever tried to steal it couldn't lift it, and that's all that kept it from being gone when I got home. I'da shot their legs out from under them...

Guys , it may be time to start warning people... this is happening a lot. I have a 660 Oliver dad bought new in 1962 it has always been here on our farm and last spring I realized someone has stolen the SN off of it. Every hobby and vocation has its bad people in it what a shame
