Do any of you Molinaholics out there know anything
about the 1350 Cockshutt? I think, but am not sure it was a slightly remodeled Jet Star 3. It was rated at 44 horsepower, gas or diesel, and used a 206 cu.in. engine. It was styled like a 1550 or 1650 Oliver or Cockshutt.I don't think
that there was a 1350 Oliver, as I haven't seen
any listing for one, so I guess it was just produced for the Canadian market. Anybody?
Thanks-Danny.

I don't have any phone numbers, but you might want to talk to either
Bill Shultz or Walter Keller at Forest Junction, Wi. They each have one.
If you really get excited about these tractors, you might want to buy
one of the toy 1350 tractors that Jeff Cerroll made. I have one myself.

I believe you are correct. I recall a picture in the MM Corresponder magazine sometime in the early 90's of one of these Cockshutt 1350s. The comment which accompanied the picture stated that it was a Jet Star 3 Super. Certainly the engine displacement and horsepower match the Jet Star 3. Do you have one of these?

Thanks, David. No,I don't have one, but I do have
a line on one, and I think I'm gonna get it.I've
got an original ad out of the Family Herald that
shows a Cockshutt 1350 Standard (or Utility-28"
rear tires) that justs makes me want one soooo
bad... It would look good with my 1550 and 1850
and 1650 Backhoe -don't you think? Danny

Danny,
Is your 1650 backhoe 2WD or 4WD? I have a 1650 4WD Industrial (also known as 4-78) Loader tractor. I know of a 2 WD1650 backhoe nearby that I'd like to buy. It's a mighty hefty hoe.

Well, no, it's not a 4WD; only two.It's heavy
enough for a tri-axle trailer without another
ton-o-pig iron under the front end. Bet yours
is a real ol' bull, huh? I looked at a 2050 Oliver
two weeks ago in SW Ontario. Was I disapointed-
the motor was as dead as Elvis. I know- it could be rebuilt... but the asking price was 9500!I thought it'd be a sharp tractor.Oh well. There's
a 20' or 2150 out there somewhere with my name
on it.Maybe a 2255, too. Jus' slobberin' dreamin'
'bout that 1350..... Danny
