Several months ago, I purchased a MH snow-blade for my '48 MH Pony. The previous owner indicated that the only way to lift the blade up and down (frame-mounted) is if the Pony has front hydraulics.

Instead of using hydraulics (which I do not have on my Pony), does anyone know if the front manual lifting arms on a Pony can be used to lift the blade up and down?

Does anyone have a Pony with a snow-blade using manual front lifting arms to lift the blade up and down?

If so, it would be great if you had a close-up picture or a photocopy of a manual that would show me.

Thanking you in advance.

Alex

my father in law has a 35 with a snow blade- it is lifted by cables and puuleys that attach to the 3 point hitch in the rear- looked like a job to install but it seemed to work fine

maybe your plow could be set up the same way
