I want to thank all you guys for your concern, but all is well, I found a distributor cap for my 1946 Massey Harris 101 Jr. Tractor.I went to a MASSEY HARRIS SHOW, in Lagrange, Indiana. Met a Mr Cowher, Jamestown, PA.I called him later in the week and he gave me; Neal Gottesman, who owns Obslete Parts & Equipment, 2187 Bluegrass Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45237-3525 Phone (513) 731-4134. Mr. Cowher also told me that a Massey Harris 30 Distributor will fit, and you can buy parts. He was buying a 30, for parts and said if I didn't get the distributor from Obsolete Parts, he would have a Massey Harris 30 Distributor for me. Guys I'm 81 years old, so I'm all set now, my tractor runs great. This is a working tractor, not a show tractor. Thanks to all, Jim

Your local Napa Auto parts store should have it along with any other parts for that engine.

I get mine from a village MF dealer. If your distributer shaft has some wobble in it due to wear, best to get 2. Ford dealer should have it too. The autolite company was bought out by ford and now they go under the make of prestolite.

Isn't this cap the same as other Massey with auto lite distributor. T.H.E. Company,Mt Pleasant Iowa list them in there 2001 catalog. I got one they list for Massey's from 20,s to 444,s and use it on my 101 Jr. Web site www.the-company.com or tele 1-800-634-4885. If you need parts I would request a catalog fom them.
