Oh, the best laid plans of mice and men can really go south in a heart beat! Dad just informed me that he "volunteered" me to cook for about 150 Marines that weekend, starting the Friday afternoon through Sunday morning. Gonna cook jambalaya, fried seafoods of all types, BBQ, and top it off with SOS for breakfast Sunday morning. This get together is an annual thing for our local Marine Corp League detachment and they use it as a fund raiser for scholarships. Oh well, maybe next year. By the way "CajunCharlie" and "Tanklord" are one in the same ! LOL
