I put in the new clutch disk on my 730 and adjusted like ive done all the others, good snap, disengages good, etc, but when the engine is running, and you pull the handle back to stop the belt pulley, it wont do it, it will kill the tractor at low idle, and just smoke the brake at fast idle. I dont know whats causing it? ANy ideas?? Thanks

Rman, simple answer, adjust the pulley brake to stop the pulley sooner. The inner clutch disk is being re-applied due to overtravel, before the pulley brake is stopping the pulley.
~To adjust; [with the hand lever in the unsnapped position, [but just sitting there] adjust the pulley brake to just stop the pulley]
~Long answer, you probably need to set the internal pulley fork stops at .060" [through the little windows on the top & bottom of the 1st reduction cover] & possibly adjust the crankshaft end play. Then set the pulley brake stop to just under 1/8". [it is a complicated procedure to type out, so you probably need a manual with pictures to understand how to do it the correct way. Once you have done it, it's easy, with just text it's Greek ....
