Any JD LA owners out there?

Does any one have a close-up photo of a JD LA with the lights properly installed?

I'd like to see how the rear light wire is routed. I believe, but am not completely sure, that the wire goes from the rear light, through the rear light bracket, down the steering post light wire channel, along the inside of the drive shaft cover and directly to the light switch. Any pictures would greatly help.

Additionally, if you have a photo of how the front light and wire are installed that would be great also.

My 1941 LA is almost complete. I picked up an original belt pulley assembly with the Rockwood pulley a few months ago and am also going to tackle that installation project. Does anyone know where I can get belt pulley shims? John Deere doesn't make them anyone. Will I need any kind of sealant when I install the shims?

Thanks for any help that you may provide.

Mark,

Thanks a lot. Those pictures were just what I was looking for. I can finally see how the light wire channel is installed as well as how they routed the wire from the channel to the drive shaft cover.

Thanks again.

I appreciate the time you took to post those pictures.

Rob
