Just for interest sake, what happened to the originals ? I re-sleeved the block on my '53 Model 60 (not free !!) and re-ringed the original pistons. HPH

I am in sw Wisconsin and I have one out of a 1953 model. I believe they are the same. It is like new. What is your price range?

My price range is basically determined by the shipping costs. i would like to find something under $400 but the shipping cost is the killer which is why i was trying to find something a little closer to home, WV. But if you know something i don't about the shipping please let me know. How much are you asking for your block. If the block does not have to be bored and is ready to go into the tractor then i will be willing to pay more scince i would not have to pay for the boring costs only the pistons and rings. Does you have the pistons that came out of the block. If so what are you askign for them. I am doing this project for my dad and grandad. This 60 is the tractor that my grandad started farming with so i would like to get it running and i want to fix it right. Thanks

The block I have does come with pistons and rods. All it needs is a light honing and new rings. $500 is what I am asking.

Stuart: Do you still have your 60 block? I need a block for my 1955 JD 60.

Thanks
