JD 1020 load control shaft is leaking hydraulic fluid at the end of the shaft where the draft link connects to it. This is an early 1020 with nut and cotter pin holding the draft link. can anyone give me some info on repairing.

I have a service manual but it"s showing the later 1020 parts. Is it just an oil seal on the housing that can be replaced?

Drain hyd oil, remove nuts and draft links. Put draft control in "D" and pull shaft out either side. Renew seals, chech shaft for wear, apply hyd oil to shaft and insert. Tx Jim
