what repairs do I need to make on my 42 B to correct a shift problem.Shifting from reverse to forward or vice versa gear shift may remain in gear or stay in neutral. May need to wriggle the gear shift for some time and finally will slip in gear. thanks for advice

If the shift lever is difficult to move you may have to bump the clutch lever and allow the clutch to turn alittle while shifting. If the lever moves out of the gate, but the trans stays in gear, you may have to remove the shifter assembly and see what is worn or loose to allow the shifter to jump out of the gate.
