The 145 on my 2630 will raise the front of the tractor with either down pressure on the boom or the roll of the bucket. What tractor is the loader mounted on? Do you seem to have sufficent lifting pressure on the boom? The book says insufficent lift capacity can be caused by improper stroke control valve adjustment in the tractor. Good luck Larry D

It is on a 2240 and all seems good except the condition I described. I am going to use it a little more but it seems to just lay on the ground with no real desire on the downward side-it appears to have great lift and curl\dump? may have to get a closer look.?

I have the manual for the 145 loader and will give you a few of the specifications. The 145 is recomended for 1020, 1120, 1520, 2020, 2030, and 2120 as well as other models. I have a 145 on my 2630 and really like it. The rated breakaway with a 60 inch material bucket is 3150 pounds. The rated lift with a 60 inch material bucket is 2100 pounds. The maximum lift height to the bottom of a level bucket is 103.5 inchs. This is mounted on a 2030 with 13.6 X 28 rear tires and 6.00 X 16 front tires. Buckets available for the 145 are 60 inch manure fork. 60 inch material bucket, 72 inch material and 84 inch material. Around here the 145 in good to exellent condition would bring between $2000 and $2500. I hope this may help some. Good luck.

Thanks-I have one other question for you. The bucket when sitting level on the ground is not at the end of cyl travel yet wont pick the front wheels off the ground unless I roll the bucket to dump then it picks it right off the ground-is that normal-?

You may just have one way cylinders on the lifting part of the loader. Go and look at the lift cylinders and see if you have a hose at both ends of the cylinder. That could be the reason for not picking up the front of the tractor with the lift lever. If there is just one hose you just have lift only, if you have a hose at each end it is 2 way like the bucket is .
