My 4020 just developed a leak that appears to be dripping from the area just in front of where the right 3 pt. arm attaches to the tractor is there a seal or anything there. It is a very small drip that just continues it was full htree days ago before the leak now it is dry and I have a large oil spot to clean. Thanks for any help.

don't even consider using JD seals. use the aftermarket stuff from boling machine. I'v had a set in my 4020 for over 20 years and not drip from the rockshaft.

That is a common leak point on those tractors. There is a "LOAD CONTROL SHAFT" that passes through from one side of the tractor to the other, and there is a seal at each side. All it takes is a little wear to the shaft, or the bushings, and they'll leak.

Sometimes, just replacing the seals is enough for a long time. There is an aftermarket outfit that makes improved seals. I can't think of the name at the moment, but I'm sure someone else will contribute that!
