Roy, Believe it or not, I don't rightly know. I've been meaning to have the county extension agent come over (thier office is right kity-corner across the highway. One of the eighty-four year old neighbors, who has been there since they were planted over fourty years ago ... claims they were "imported from Alaska" (?). I don't know if my berries are considered "low" sweet berries, and I don't think that I'm very far "south west" - Pennsylvania is North East US ... but they grow to about 7 to 8 feet tall, if I let them... And there are at least two vaieties - judging from the looks of the bushes. We just went into blueberry farming a year ago ... but, we sold over 20,000 # and gave up probably almost 10,000 # to waste or spoilage. We seem to have boughten about 2,000 +/- . We also have a produce stand where we sell as a "truck farm" - and a nursery resellers license. Sorry I went so off topic, but I've been excited and enthusiastic about learning the business ... ask me ... hehe... If we go off topic much more - maybe we should leave the group - they may not be interested in my rambling ... Regards, Greg
