Here is an album of me, the 4020 and the 30 combine doin' 5 acres and about 1/6 of it was pretty flat on the gorund. This was July 1st but I just got the pictures from my aunt because my dad lost my mom's camera. I am still learning the lessons of combining in general and also with a belt driven. It is all fun. This was my first wheat season with the 30.
Thanks for looking

I always thought the JD 30 was a great combine. My dad bought one in 60 and used it every year until 84. It sat in a shed looking perfect until he passed on in 2001. I regret not buying it now, but it has a good home in a country museum.

Looks like fun, that 4020 should have been more than enough power.

Ya but with no smaller tractor other that the non- live PTO '37 A which is apart for painting anyway, it's all we have!

That is awesome, nice pics. I bet you got some looks from neighbors. I have never seen a 4020 on a 30.

Maybe someday you can upgrade to a self propelled 55. :) Just kidding-that is cool!
