I was doing some searching last night and came across this great online photo album. Its worth going thru every page to see all the old abandoned combines-threshing machines-tractors-cars-trucks-etc that are still in Emmons County North Dakota.

Theres lots of pictures of old abandoned farmsteads-one room schools-churches-etc.Its one of the most interesting photo albums that I have ever ran across.

Pastor Rick and I would get along great.

1206 i grew up on a farm in emmons county, are old farm looks like many of those pictures.that little town of braddock is were we went to church,i think it now has about 40 pepole living in it.you will see that most of the cars and trucks you see will be chevies because there was a chevy dealer in lintton, and a big john deere dealer in napolean, the little town of braddock had a harvester dealer and that was what we had was harvester machines, i get back for funerals mostly today. mydad and brother are buried in the cemetery in braddock and some aunts and uncles, grand parents and great grandparents, yes i still miss it we moved to michigan looking for jopbs like every one else hear. now there is not mutch left in michigan since the auto industry is dieing.there were a lot of cockshutt combines there they were a real good machine till all the parts dried up.same with the old massies.
