I dont have a combine, but why dont some of you all post some pics of your machines in action, or just sitting. I really wish there was a photo spot on this site for combine pics, like the tractors , implements and such. I personally enjoy pics of combines in action from the 60's, 70's, and 80's. Kinda like the music I like. Uncle had IH 15 series, neighbors had JD 00 series. So how bout it, be kinda interesting to see all the different makes that I havent seen before.

So far, all these are just beautiful! We really need to see more of our heritage combines in action, too!!! People need to also know and understand, first and foremost, that not all such combines belong in the junkjard, salvage, and heaven forbid, the cruelty contest.

Hey, could you all go over to the other combine forum, and join if you have not already? Then post these same pictures over there again. Thanks.

Hard to believe that that thing still runs. Kind of hard to believe that Deere is still in business all.Ho ya that's right thay sell more merchandise then combines. LOL. What was I thinking? All I see in MOST Fields anymore are Red, Yellow, and AGCO. Maybe if the UAW wasn't so money hungry all combines would be cheaper!

Please look up again at the poster's name. I have no idea who this joker is, or why he's apparently bashing Deere or anyone...but that's NOT my name. It sure isn't MY post. Hmmmm.

Close, but no cigar. I guess it goes to show how easily stuff can be pirated around here. Cheers!

It really bothers me, though that whoever did this, had to use a handle that only made it look like me at a glance. That, I can't help but take somewhat personally, rather than calling himself a Deere hater or something more fitting.

Besides, I don't even know what the RDF forum is, in the first place.

Identity theft can be scary, huh?

No pIcs from 2006? in reply to 1206SWMO, 06-07-2007 18:11:16
1206, Unless you had decent rain last year there certainly would have been a marked difference in the 75 or miles between us. I used my row head with the speed up sprockets at about 7mph as I did my beans of 3 to 5 bushel per acre. Tom

Tom,in 2006 my early beans made 26 bpa and the doublecrop beans made 19 bpa.I've cut 3-5 bpa beans before and its sure no fun!I'll take another year like 2004 when the early beans made 47 bpa and the DC beans 36 bpa.

There were 4 for sale recently on here for one money.
