cadet rearend

i have a cadet rearend i need to know witch cadet it was for, it has the internal brake on the left side. other than that not much else. some casting numbers. but no cub cadet serial number tag. thanks for any help

Its from a cub cadet original the only ones with enternal brakes on one axle on the left side the serial # should be on the right side stamped in the case

tompepper is correct, if it has a brake on the left axle housing, it is from an Origional. There should be a number stamped in the right side of the reduction drive housing.

Internal Brakes were used on Cubs from the 1x2/3 Series all the way through the 82 Series.

Perhaps a picture of what you have, can narrow it down...third party image

What is the casting numbers on it? Post a picture, that will help a lot.

i have a 122 , 102 , and a 128 and this reaeend looks like none of them. thanks again

If it got internal brakes its likly from 102 122 124 It should work on any of the narrow frames. Some one told me to swap my 106 for one with the internal brakes as they work better than the disk brakes.

with the single brake on the left side it sounds like its from an original cub cader 1961-1963
