larry, the 16hp briggs is a little more difficult than the Kohler, but don't let me scare you, they are also pretty simple. My email is open in this repy, so anytime you wanna email me, go ahead. I do this for a living, used to teach adult education classes in small engine repair, until they dropped class from lack of attendance, and I also hold a 4H class for small engines for the kids who have that as a project, so you see, I like helping people learn how to do this kind of work. My daughter started working on little engines, knowing nothing at 14, she is now 20 and knows her way around these engines. So, as I said, email me if you need any help.

Larry,
You have decided this engine rebuild is not such a bad thing?? LOL. If you need any parts or info for that old brute, let me know, I can get you the parts or at least get the part numbers that you can order.
Jim
