The center double pully came off of my mower deck and the belts fell off. On further inspection the shaft of the center blade is loose. It moves up and down. I can see how things go together but something is missing. I must have completely worn something away. My guess is there is large washer or plate that sits on top of the double pully that holds everything together? I'd like to replace the part but I don't know what it is... its gone! Any help would be great.

Thanks in advance

If you will email me the model of the deck, I will look and see what can be found out. But, does this have a round shaft or a shaft the has a double D shape? Most of these have a needle bearing on one end and a ball bearing on the other, but get me the dck number and I will chekc for sure and make sure that is right. Or you can go to www.toro.com for a parts breakdown of your deck. They are not available for all, but they do have most of them.

Since my first posting I have taken the mower deck to a local tractor repair shop. He helped me identify the deck as Model RL-426. I did a little more research and what I think I"ve done is severly damaged the "spindle". The repair guy looked things up on his TORO database and told me the he parts he thinks I need. He said he was not a TORO dealer so he couldn"t order them. But he felt I could do the repair myself. I"ve since looked on the Internet for the parts and I can"t find anything. I havn"t been to a dealer yet. Strange thing is the exploded view is for RL-426 but the parts list is for R1-426. They are on the same sheet of paper so I assume they are related. Here"s a list of the parts I was told I needed:
4299 Housing
5875 Shaft Spindle
5951 Washer
1515 Ball
936029 INT SNAP RING
6692 Center Pulley
1508 NEEDLE BEARING
1303 Seal
Thanks again for any help.
