I have had the 216 but just bought a 37a snowthrower and cannot figure out how the lift hooks up. The thing is mounted and works real good, lift is a different story. I have manual lift and with the thrower came a 3/4" bar with a clevis on one end and slots on the other. Also, a small piece that bolts ont the lift quadrant underneath....Things just dont match up anyone have photos on how to hook this thing up?

I have 37A on a 214 but not sure I can describe how it fits. There is a short rod called a lift link that is perhaps a foot long that hooks onto the blower with pins and spring clips and attached to the front of the tractor with the same method. Then a long rod connects to the lift arm, (same one as for mower deck). The threaded yoke part goes at the rear of the tractor and the other end to the blower. I have a full manual for it but no way to scan the appropriate pictues and post them, but if you want to pay for the photo copying, 37 pages, and postage, probably five bucks total, I will be glad to copy the whole manual and mail it to you. You can e-mail me directly if you wish at rajackson@selectcom.ca Samuel
