hydro problem

guys,i have a wheelhorse c120 auto 1974,my problem is my sundstran ( is that how you spell it?) hydro wont pull hills in forward after its warmed up. i changed the oil and filter thought 30 weight might help instead of 10-30 but no different. any other ideas? whats the chances of a manual or even are parts available?

Are you saying that you put motor oil in a hydro transmission? Motor oil is too heavy and will kill it. You can only run type "F" tranni fluid or the hydraulic fuild you find at tractor dealer. I use the John Deere stuff in all my hydros.
