Carburator has new kit and float has been adjusted. Someone has replaced fuel pump. Can the fuel pump have to much pressure. Possable wrong pump. Carburator is overflowing just like needle/seat or float problem.

There are different fuel pumps with different pressures. Try to gravity feed the carb first to tell whether excess pressure is keeping the needle off the seat causing the leaking.

You have probrably replaced the float needle but the seat that the needle goes against might have deposits or be worn and i would replace this.

Could your gasket in the carb bowl be leaking, that is if it leaks around the top

Make sure float does not have a hole. Just shake it.
