The creeper was a dealer installed option. You obviously need the creeper trans. and also the pinion gear that will go on the 3 speed trans. input shaft. You can cut your existing driveshaft with a hack saw and re drill the hole for the spirol pin that goes through the coupler. I've seen creepers on e-bay go for as high as $250.
I've bought a couple from guys on the Cub Cadet forum sites though for cheaper.

Not a real difficult job - IF you get all the pieces you'll need. Will need driveshaft out of creeper tractor ( or have yours shortened) as well as couplers, shift lever, etc. I would try to get everything from one source if possible. They were all basically equiped so this option could be added from the factory. I thinks Mike is a little optimistic though on price. I'd expect closer to $ 200

The 125 only came out as a hydro. Why would you want to put a creeper on a hydro?

Creepers will only work on gear drive transmissions. Hydrostatic drives provide "infinite" speeds, so no creeper required.
